Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

Tab Trade — What It Is

Tab Trade launched in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection is relevant. It means the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform this new, that coverage is broad.

Platforms

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Access to both is useful. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better DOM. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders prefer it once they try it.

FIX API is available for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That should make the platform set once it is live.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you run serious volume.

Infrastructure

This is where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote a much wider range.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Pair that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Few brokers with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

Regulation

Here is the detail that matters. TabTrade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. None of this guarantee anything. But inform your decision.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
